Oil Spill at 24" Bomu Bonny Pipeline (Opobo Channel)

On visit to the site, i saw a built cofferdam to enable workers do a proper excavation to ascertain the cause of spill. After which we noticed that the spill was due to corrosion on the pipeline. Though it was confirmed by the community representatives that the line had been isolated for several years. meaning there was no oil spill
