• The Joint Investigation Team visually observed that the suspected incident point was tied with a cloth and an excavated pit of 0.9m in depth was dug underneath by unknown person. • After excavation and removal of the cloth, a 5mm drill hole was seen on the flow line at 6 o’clock position. • There was no visible impact on the environment as at the time of JIV. The JIV was conclusive with no disruption at the time of investigation
