Oil Spill at OBIAFU 28L FLOWLINE LOCATION JUNCTION OMOKU RIVERS STATE

• The Joint Investigation Team visually observed that the suspected incident area was tampered with and covered with grass and an aluminium zinc. • After removal of the grass and zinc, the JIT noticed a 150mm hacksaw cut at 5 to 6 o’clock on the flow line carried out by unknown persons. • There was no visible impact around the area at the time of JIV. • The JIV was conclusive with no disruption at the time of investigation
