No spill point was observed at site from any SPDC facility during JIV. Crude oil leak was noticed on the day of incident from one of the two observed tankers accosted by security agents. pictures Taken at the site on the day of incident was used as the only evidence for subsequent JIVS because there were no tangible evidences for subsequent JIVS (Stolen Crude oil was found in a punctured tanker by unknown person[s])
