28'' NKPOKU-BOMU PIPELINE AT KPORGHOR, TAI LGA, RIVERS STATE.
A failed installed weld-on 4'' valve with flanges at 12 O' Clock position which was initially reported as non leaking but on exposure by excavation revealed leakage underneath. The spill was contained within the dug up ditch and the spilled recovered.
