on arrival at the spill location, the Joint Investigation Team noticed the flowline was on the surface of the ground. The Joint Investigation Team also noticed the soil was soaked with crude oil from the incident point on the flowline. upon exposure of the incident point, the 4'' flowline had visible signs of a hacksaw cut from 9-12 O' clock position as at time of the Joint Investigation Team. the length of the hacksaw was about 70mm long. repairs were effected immediately after the Joint Investigation exercise.
