The team lead at Nembe Export Crude Oil Terminal narrated how during loading operations there was a surge at the central processing facility (CPF) that resulted to the overflow from the tanks. He further explained that the discharged crude on the platform was contained and recovered but they were not able to recover the crude that spilled into water body.
