18" Obama/Brass Pipeline at Okoroma
As at the time of the JIV, the team observed the flow of free-phase crude oil at the incident site. The facility was shutdown as at the time of Joint Investigation Visit. The incident was as a result of corrosion at 6 'O Clock position. The impact of the spill was observed outside Company's facility/Right-of-Way (ROW)
