• The officials on joint investigation visit observed on their arrival a ditch dug by the suspected vandal (s) on the spill point area. • After excavation, hacksaw cut of about 130mm was observed on the facility. • At the time of JIV, no free phase crude oil was observed around spill points. • Water however was seen spilling out of the pipeline.
