• Unknown person(s) made hacksaw cut on the pipeline at 9 – 11 O’clock position for oil theft activity. • The suspected person (s) equally removed polyethylene coating surrounding the spill point. • At the time of JIV, crude oil leaking out of the spill point has ceased. • The impacted area is only within the SPDC right of way.
