• On arrival, JIV team observed a small ditch dug by the suspected vandal (s) around the spill point. • When the spill point was exposed, a hacksaw cut of about 100mm was observed on the facility. • The team observed that impacted area is both within and outside the asset owners’ right of way. • At the time of JIV crude oil is still leaking out of the spill point.
