Oil Spill at 6’’ Ogboinbiri-Tebidaba Flowline at Better-land (Tebidaba)

i. The area within ROW, outside the ROW and surrounding vegetation were completely burnt. ii. There was a 2’’ valve installed at 12 o’clock position by unknown person(s). iii. There was a containment boom deployed to contain and recover spilled crude oil.
