the spill was gushing out at 12 o'clock position between two previously installed clamps used for repairs. 32 barrels of the crude spilled into the surrounding environment and travelled about 300 metres into the community through a concrete drainage which served as a containment structure. the spill affected shops and is very close the human settlement.
