Oil Spill at 6’’ Tunu Well-17T Flowline @ Bilabiri Ekeremor LGA

i. During initial assessment the JIV team observed recent activity within the incident point. ii. Upon exposure of the flow line by excavation, the JIT saw that a non-leaking 2’’ welded neck flange with blind was illegally installed at 12 o’clock position on the flow line by unknown persons. iii. The incident point was not leaking as of the time of JIV.
