Oil Spill at Ogbainbiri 1ST at Arrival Manifold at Ogbainbiri

Ball valve with 1/2 Nipple (where the pressure gauge is mounted) at arrival manifold failed during maiontenance of the manifold resulting in the release of gas/condensate . There was a slight in impact on the soil around the valve.
