Oil Spill at 20" Rumuekoe to Nkpoku Pipeline @Ibaa,

Spill Point 1: Upon excavation,there was underground sipped oil. The repaired clamp was tampered with as 2/6 of the total bolts on the clamp was slackened. The 1st and the 3rd bolts were found loosened at 3'o Clock position Spill Point 2: At 9'o clock position and 3'o clock position, the 2nd bolt on both sides of the repaired clamp were slackened and water was dripping from the bolts
