Oil Spill at 24" Ogoda-Brass pipeline at Okogbe community,Awuda west Local Government Area

Two points were seen ,the points were 78.66 meters apart On the first,a hacksaw cut of 190mm @9-11o'clock position was observed on the pipeline. On the second point,a hacksaw cut of 180mm @1-3 o'clock position was observed on the pipeline.
