• The JIT observed that the soil around the spill area was disturbed. • Manual exposure of the line was done. • The Team observed a 2’’ ball valve was installed illegally on the pipeline at 12 O'clock position. • This is attributed to Third Party Interference (Sabotage) by the Team and for the purpose of oil theft. • The Team also noticed impact on the surrounding vegetation and SPDC’s ROW.
