The spill point and its immediate surrounding was engulfed with fire. NAOC fire-fighting team took about 3 hours to extinguish fire after which the team was advised to resume inspection of spill incident The JIT observed 135mm long hacksaw cut on the pipeline at 1-3 o’clock position
