Oil Spill at 18’’ EOC-Ogoda Pipeline at Mgbede

The Team assessed the spill area; found the soil around the spill point disturbed. Upon mechanical excavation the team observed: • 2’’ valve was installed illegally on the line at 12 O’clock position by unknown persons for the purpose of oil theft (see figure 1). • No spill and no impact on the Environment.
