Oil Spill at 18' EBOCHA-OGODA BRASS PIPELINE AT OBOBURU

Upon mechanical excavation of the soil and exposure of the line, the team observed: • 140mm long hacksaw cut was inflicted on the line at 1-3 O’clock position by unknown persons for the purpose of oil theft. • NAOC’s Right of Way was impacted by the spill.
