Oil Spill at 18'' EBOCHA-OGODA PIPELINE AT OBOBURU

Upon mechanical excavation of the soil and exposure of the line, the team observed: • 150mm long hacksaw cut was inflicted on the line at 2-3 O’clock position by unknown persons for the purpose of oil theft. • NAOC’s Right of Way and adjoining vegetation were the impacted areas.
