The Team assessed the spill area, found an opening at the spill point (see figure 1). Upon mechanical exposure of the line, the team observed: • A 300 pound rating of 4"weldneck flange blinded at 12' O'clock position. This is attributed to Third Party Interference (Sabotage). • There was no spill impact
