Oil Spill at 20'' RUMUEKPE-NKPOKU TNP AT RUNUEKPE

The Team assessed the spill area, saw an open hole as shown in figure(1) below. Upon mechanical exposure of the line, the team observed: • A 3" Ball Valve installed at 12 O’clock position. This is attributed to Third Party Interference (Sabotage). • There was no spill impact.
