• There was an installation of 2’’ Ball valve with 2’’Elbow pipe reduced to 1’’ PVC pipe run-out. Also a Tap head was connected between the 2’’ elbow pipe AND 1’’PVC pipe at 12 O’clock position. It was confirmed a Non-leaking point. • There was no spill impact.
