Pipeline was willfuly cut at 12-1 o'clock position by an unknown person(s). Oil spreed from hacked pipeline and flooded through the RoW to third party outside the RoW. An inscription was posted at the incident point warning of subsequent destruction if FG refuses to accede to some demands.
