• The installation of two 2’’Ball valves at a distance of 120mm apart; one was a non-leaking point and the other was a leaking point due to failure of the valve, and also 2’’ nipple found close to the second 2’’ Ball valve at a distance of 80mm apart. • The Impacted Area covers SPDC’s ROW and Third Party Area - a Nearby Farmland
