Escape of crude from a flowline into a perimeter fenced borrow pit on RoW that was filled with water. Hacksaw cuts (2 nos.) were observed on the surface laid flow line one round the pipeline and another at 3-4 O'clock position. The purpose of the cut flow line was to harvest the line. The spill occurred during testing of the flowline occasioned by continuous shooting of the TNP. Thin film of crude was observed on water contained in the artificial pond.
