Oil Spill at 36" Nkpoku-Ogale Pipeline at Agbonchia, Eleme L.G.A., Rivers State

i. The incident featured 3 bunkering points. All 3 of them were arranged serially, and the arrangement spanned 64cm: 32cm between the 1st and the 2nd, and another 32cm between the 2nd and the 3rd. ii. All 3 bunkering points sat at the 12 o'clock position on the pipeline. iii. One of the 3 bunkering point fitting was a 3" valve, with the other 2 being 2" valves. iv. The surrounding area of the spill location featured thick green vegetation. v. No spill occurred, and no impact to the environment.
