Oil Spill at OBIAFU 40T FLOWLINE AT OBIAFU FIELD, OMOKU

It was observed that unknown person(s) wrapped the incient point with rags for oil theft activity. Th facility was shut-in before time of JIV. Upon exposure an 80mm long hacksaw cut was seen on the flowline at 6-8 O' Clock position by unknown peerson(s). Impact was observed around the incident point and the spill was adequately contained in a pit dug under the incident point by unknown persons.
