unknown person(s) installed 3" ball valve at 12 0' Clock position for crude oil theft activities which impacted the area of about 27914.51Sqm at Oshika community. River boom was installed by company to mitigate and contain crude oil from further impact on the environment. Note: Recovery was not done during JIV.
