Oil Spill at OSHIE 15S FLOWLINE AT AKINIMA

i. The spill location was on NAOC’s Right of Way (ROW). Having removed the rags tied around the spill point: the JIV team observed that: ii. SPILL POINT 1: A hacksaw cut of 50mm long in an arc shape at 1 to 30’clock position, SPILL POINT 2: A hacksaw cut of 80mm in an arc shape at 5 to 7O’clock position, and SPILL POINT 3: A hacksaw cut of 120mm in an arc shape at 1 to 9O’clock position. iii. NAOC’s ROW and surrounding vegetation were impacted
