1540hrs on 08Apr2022, VMT Security reported to Edop about sighting sheen at Asasa VB facility. Personnel were promptly mobilized to location to ascertain source of sheen and stop sheen. Oily water from accumulation of rain water was found to have over-filled sump tank causing the sheen. Sump pumps did not start on Auto due to power gas low pressure. Test separator had shut earlier on LSHH, starving Power Gas System of pressure for sump pump operation. Sheen was estimated to measure about 2.4Nm x 28m as reported by vessel
