Operations and Maintenance personnel visited Mfem A following a suspected sheen reported by VMT Security. The platform was found shut in. The test separator was observed full, resulting in liquid carryover to the instrumentation and drips to the sea. A pinhole leak was also observed on the 1-inch instrument gas line supplying the export pipeline and well switches.
