Unknown persons cut and carted about 155.9 m lenght og the flowline using oxygen acetelyne cutting instrument. Despite heavy security presence nearby in the manifolds, assailants wasn't detected. Spray from the line impacted nearby vegetation. impact was minimal at the time of JIV.
