Oil Spill at Oshie 15S Flowline at Akinima Community

• 3NOS Hacksaw cuts were observed on the flowline • There was visible oil spills on the facility (flowline) and around the spill point as at the time of arrival of the joint investigation team (JIT), • Pool of Condensate was observed around the spill point • There was no excavation upon exposure of spill point as the facility (flowline) is surfaced, • The joint investigation team (JIT) observed a 3 NOS 90mm long Hacksaw Cut and drilled holes at about 5’O clock to 7’ O clock position on the Oshie 15s flowline by Unknown persons, • There was visible impact of stained vegetation and pool of oil scattered by the bush paths, observed within NAOC right of way during walk through. • There was evidence of Fire Burnt vegetation observed during walk through
