The spill location was on Total E&P’s Right of Way (ROW). Having removed the rags tied around the spill point: the JIV team observed: i. A hacksaw cut on flow line connected the distribution point in the sump pit which did serve as containment for the water released. ii. No impact recorded on surrounding vegetation since it was the release of treated water within allowed limit of 15ppm to the environment.
