THERE WAS A POOL OF CRUDE CONTAINED WITH A BOOM AROUND THE SPILL POINT. UPON EXCAVATION, THE JIT OBSERVED THAT THERE WAS A HACKSAW CUT AT 10 O'CLOCK POSITION ON THE 4"MINI-NTA WELL 2T FLOW LINE.
