A drilled hole of about 10(mm) at 3 O'clock position on the pipeline drilled by unknown persons at first incident point was observed. Another drilled hole of 5(mm) was observed at 68cm apart from first incident point at 1 O'clock position was observed at second incident point on the same facility.
