Oil Spill at 18" EBOCHA-OGODA PIPELINE AT OWUBE

i. Unknown persons installed a 3’’ nipple at 12 O’clock around the spill point for oil theft activity . ii. The impact was slightly heavy with visible stain of crude oil on the vegetation within NAOC’s ROW. And there were carbonized patches of soil resulting from the fire incident. iii. Two fishing ponds about 5m away from the ROW were impacted. And there were dead fishes seen in the ponds resulting from the oil spill.
