The Joint investigation team 1. observed recently excavated ditch and burnt area around the spill point 2. some crude oil bubbles observed before excavation 3. The suspected spill point was exposed and upon exposure, the JIT observed 10mm drilled hole @ 12'O clock position on the pipeline. Also there was a locally fabricated bunkery fitting by the side of the drilled hole, with a distance of about 15cm
