Impact description supplied by source

A hacksaw cut of about 140mm was seen on the 4" flow line at 9-3 O' Clock position by unknown persons (sabotage) as at time of JIV. The flowline was shut-in but still had high pressure of water, gas and crude gushing as at time of JIV. The impacted area had strong presence of gas emission as at time of JIV. Booms were deployed and impacted site was within the company's RoW.
