Oil Spill at 20'' Kolo Creek trunkline RoW @ KP 19 Odau. Obua Odual R/S.

Oil leaked into adjoining river/outlet on a sabotaged (hacksaw cut) 2"pipe linked to the pipeline for purpose of theft about 20ft from the RoW. There was no leak on the Pipeline where the valve was attached at 12'O'Clock position. it is obvious that a fight broke out amongst the perpetrators leading to destruction of the theft line. A local refining site is close by.
