The pipeline was vandalized by unknown person(s) and the visible sign of third party interference was a drilled hole at 11 o’clock position. The incident resulted to a medium spill estimated at 279bbls which spilled beyond the company’s facility right of way (ROW) and there was no containment measure in place.
