The pipeline was vandalized by unknown person(s) and the visible sign of third party interference was a hacksaw cut at 1 to 2 o’clock position. The incident resulted to a medium spill estimated at 434bbls which spilled beyond the company’s facility right of way (ROW) and there was no containment measure in place
