THE JIT OBSERVED A 2'' BALL VALVE INSTALLED AT 12 0'CLOCK POSITION OF THE PIPELINE, APPARENTLY SPACING 27METRES APART FROM EACH OTHER FOR CRUDE OIL THEFT ACTIVITIES.
