There are 2 installations on the 18" pipeline . A 3" ball valve (leaking) was installed at 12' O Clock position by unknown persons on the 18" Assa Rumuekpe Pipeline @ Egbeda. The second was 3" ball valve none -leaking also @ 12'O clock position
