Oil Spill at Obiafu 19L/S flow line at Omoku , Onelga, Rivers State

4 hacksaw cuts were seen on the two 4inches pipes. The distance between the two pipes is about 9metres, with two reference numbers (N 05 26' 09.3", E 006 36' 34.5' and N 05 26' 09.1, E 006 36' 34.3") and one incident number (2019/Lar/068). Each of the pipes has 2 cuts measuring about 120mm, the distance between the 2 cuts on each of the pipes is about 10mm. The position of the cuts runs from 3oclock to 9oclock on each of the pipes
