1. After Excavation of indentified spill point, it was observed that there is a drilled hole at 12O'clock position done by unknown person(s). 2. There was no crude oil in the line at the time of JIV instead it was water coming out of the drilled hole as a result of the line being flushed. Therefore no spill impact was recorded.
