1. i) There was fire incident at the spill point and was put out on 21/04/19. 2. There was a leak from one of the points as a result of failure of the valve. 3. The impact was minor so it poses no threat to adjoining vegetation although there was visible stain on the vegetation within SPDC ROW. And there were carbonized patches of soil resulting from the fire incident.
